The interior design team selected RA 001, from the prestigious Reclaimed Antique Oak collection by Dutch artisans, Hakwood, to floor the bedrooms and connecting spaces.

Hakwood’s Reclaimed Antique Oak is hand-crafted using traditional tools and techniques from salvaged structural beams that are certified to be at least 150 years old. The antique timber itself is close to 250 years old.

The visual and tactile effect of the undulating, hand-hewn surfaces, rounded edges, and traditional repairs to splits using antique oak dowels and inserts is breathtaking.
